![]() Right now, the way I have to do this is to make a new pattern, open then piano roll on the channel I want to edit, then.Ģ - Use Box Select to Select all the notes I want to alter.ģ - Then Piano Roll -> Tools -> Quantize -> Discard Lengths to get them all the same duration.Ĥ - Then use the paint brush to select an individual note.ĥ - And then Shift+Right Key or Shift+Left Key to align toward the line against which I want them all to be aligned vertically. The Piano roll has the same zoom controls as the Playlist. The next spot where we can zoom out in FL Studio is in the Piano roll. ![]() This will zoom-to-fit your entire project. ![]() Just click the icon, and right-click anywhere in the Playlist. Am wondering what is the best way to rhythmically align notes in the piano roll?įor example, if I wanted to take any measure of notes (however they are arranged) - could they be group selected, and then all of them "left justified" to the beginning of the selection or measure? Or "right justified" to the end of the selection or measure? The basic idea would be to somehow get all of the notes stacked vertically. You can use this to zoom out in FL Studio too.
